For our second quarterly showcase of 2023, it's time to celebrate all things spring, and pink! From rhubarb to radishes, we'll be cooking up the best of the new season's produce, with a focus on everything rosy-hued. Hannah believes all the best food in the world is pink (and Farokh doesn't quite share the opinion with as much vigour, but likes a challenge) so join us as we put that theory to the test through six courses of delicious experimental cookery. As ever, there'll be a couple of surprises - unsurprisingly, they will still be pink!

Due to the nature of the kitchen and how food is prepared, whilst caution will be taken to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any course will be free from allergens, so would advise that the menu is not suitable for those suffering from allergies.
