This month, we want to celebrate the culinary pleasures of summer in our adopted home, England (well, Hannah’s technically a native, but she’s from the independent state of Liverpool). We’ve taken inspiration from all the things we love about the height of English summertime - from late night fish and chips to the green of the countryside and from drizzly gardens in August to that quintessential summer cliche, the strawberry.
